International Recruiter
Location: Málaga, Spain

In our process of expansion, Localsoft, S.L. is hiring a highly experienced and self-motivated Recruiter to join our international team. If you are passionate about languages, different cultures and nationalities and you know what it takes to find the best talent, for both off-site and on-site multilingual projects, we would like to hear from you!

You will be accountable for the complete recruiting cycle from advertising to hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully recruit and resolve both temp and staff recruitment needs in a fast-paced work environment, where constant changes are part of our daily routine and challenge

  • Follow company policy and values, adhere to existing procedures and create new ones

  • Expand database and maintain it updated and accurate including regular feedback

  • Constantly look for new sources (local and global), network and advertise

  • Have backups available at all times

  • Conduct background checks

  • Prepare and coordinate administration related tasks in a timely manner with all the departments involved, keeping all stake holders on the same page despite constant changes

  • Keep the candidates interested in our company and projects by keeping in touch and informing them about potential and upcoming projects

  • Be the point of contact for new people informing/orientating/supporting them in practical things and coordinating their queries

  • Resolve conflicts and complaints in a timely manner

  • Organize trainings

  • Timely reporting

  • Other related tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years full time experience in a Localization Service Provider, Recruitment company or similar

  • EU work permit and availability to perform from our Malaga HQ

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive “can do” attitude

  • Capacity to work independently as well as in a team

  • Fully proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks and HR related software

  • Full working proficiency at a native or near native English and Spanish language level
