Testing Project Manager (LQA)
Location: Málaga, Spain

We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Testing Project Manager (LQA) for our Localization Testing Department.

To be successful in this role, you should a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Testing Project Manager (LQA), preferably having worked at some point for a testing service provider. As a Testing Project Manager (LQA), you will manage testing projects from RFQ to the final delivery. You will be in direct contact with clients and have full ownership of project execution.

You will deliver respecting the agreed timelines and budgets, providing high quality standards at all times.


  • Take full ownership of each phase in the project life cycle

  • Point of contact for clients

  • Preparation of proposals for RFQ’s

  • Creation of test plans and strategies

  • Testing media and hardware preparation

  • Manage internal and client databases

  • Successfully prepare and execute multilingual projects within agreed timelines and budgets

  • Coordinate and manage multiple testing teams

  • Prepare status reports, post-mortems, etc.

  • Evaluate and select testers


  • Proven work experience as a Business Development or Sales Representative

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Composure, independence and a highly professional interface to deal with high-profile clients

  • Fully proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks and Salesforce

  • Full working proficiency at a native or near native English language level. An additional European language is a plus
